Det blev ocks\u00e5 gott. I paellan hade vi t\u00e4rnad chorizo f\u00f6r extra h\u00e4rlig smak och s\u00e5klart saffran f\u00f6r underbar smak och f\u00e4rg. N\u00e5gra j\u00e4tter\u00e4kor p\u00e5 toppen blir b\u00e5de gott och vackert. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare \u00e4n man kan tro att g\u00f6ra en imponerande paella att st\u00e4lla fram p\u00e5 bordet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vill do som vi servera grillad kyckling till marinerar du den helt l\u00e4tt i olivolja, lime- eller citronjuice, vitl\u00f6k, rosmarin, soja och peppar. Grilla den inf\u00f6r serveringen av paellan.<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1655.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-22754\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1655-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1655\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1655-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1655-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1655-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 6 personer:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 gula l\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n<p>6-8 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n<p>1 gr\u00f6n eller r\u00f6d chili, hackad<\/p>\n<p>1-2 paket saffran<\/p>\n<p>5 tomater, hackade alternativt 1-2 burkar hela plommontomater, avrunna<\/p>\n<p>1-2 gr\u00f6na eller r\u00f6da paprika, t\u00e4rnade<\/p>\n<p>6 dl rundkornigt ris typ avorio (kallas ibland arborio) eller carnaroli<\/p>\n<p>1 chorizo (spansk korv liknande salami, med smak av chili och paprika)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>12 dl kycklingbuljong eller gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/p>\n<p>peppar och salt<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning<\/p>\n<p><b><i>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:&nbsp;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills den mjuknat utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt tomater, chili, chorizo och paprika och l\u00e5t steka lite till. Tills\u00e4tt saffran och d\u00e4refter riset. Allra helst fr\u00e4ser du tomaterna och paprikan f\u00f6r sig och tills\u00e4tter det till det andra n\u00e4r du haft i vinet. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa riset ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter vinet och l\u00e5ter puttra ihop innan du b\u00f6rjar tills\u00e4tta buljongen. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att likt n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r risotto v\u00e4rma buljongen i en kastrull bredvid och tills\u00e4tta buljongen slevvis men h\u00e4r \u00e4r det inte noga som n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r en risotto att all buljong absorberas innan du tills\u00e4tter mer. H\u00e4ll till slut p\u00e5 buljong och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 och puttra utan att r\u00f6ra om tills v\u00e4tskan absorberats och dekorera p\u00e5 slutet med persilja som du str\u00f6r \u00f6ver och r\u00e4kor som du l\u00e4gger ovanp\u00e5 eller omkring.
