R\u00f6r till en sl\u00e4t blandning. Spara en del rosmarin till dekorering. Tills\u00e4tt olivoljan lite i taget och r\u00f6r s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en kr\u00e4mig dressing. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans och smaker &#8211; mer av n\u00e5got? St\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 smakerna blandas och frig\u00f6rs medan du l\u00e4gger upp den sk\u00f6ljda och torkade salladen p\u00e5 ett fat. L\u00e4gg kycklingbitarna och tomathacket tillsammans med potatisbitarna i en sk\u00e5l. Man kan ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nka sig att sk\u00e4ra tomaterna i vackra skivor eller bitar och dekorera med runt salladen. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 dressingen och blanda runt. Om du vill har du \u00e4ven med den uppskurna salladen i blandningen. L\u00e4gg upp salladen p\u00e5 fatet och dekorera med f\u00e4rsk rosmarin.
