Sk\u00e4r ytligt sk\u00e5ror i snittytan s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r ett vackert rutm\u00f6nster. H\u00e4ll eller \u00e4nnu hellre pensla olivolja \u00f6ver dem, salta, peppra och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 rosmarin eller annan \u00f6rtkrydda. L\u00e5t dem ligga tills det \u00e4r dags att grilla dem. N\u00e4r du n\u00e4stan grillat klart det \u00f6vriga k\u00f6ttet eller fisken l\u00e4gger du p\u00e5 potatisarna, f\u00f6rst med den kupiga sidan ner\u00e5t ett tag men sedan med snittytan ner\u00e5t. L\u00e5t dem ligga tills de f\u00e5tt riktigt fin knaprig yta utan att bli br\u00e4nda. P\u00e5 en Webergrill brukar det vara bra att l\u00e4gga dem i en ring l\u00e4ngs med kanten. L\u00e4gg upp de f\u00e4rdiggrillade potatishalvorna p\u00e5 ett uppl\u00e4ggningsfat och h\u00e4ll eventuellt \u00f6ver vitl\u00f6ks-rosmarinoljan f\u00f6r extra smak.
