Men jag har h\u00e4r gjort en enklare variant som passar mycket bra att servera med nykokt spaghetti eller annan pasta. Tills\u00e4tt sardeller och fr\u00e4s ett tag till. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven tomaterna, chili, zucchini, oliver, kapris och \u00f6rtkryddor. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett tag. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite pressad citron och\/eller vitt vin. Peppra och l\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag tills zucchinin \u00e4r mjuk men inte sladdrig. Smaka av och l\u00e4gg i din nykokta v\u00e4l avrunna pasta och r\u00f6r runt i stekpannan. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 fat och servera direkt med ringlad olivolja \u00f6ver och parmesanflagor.
