D\u00e5 skapades den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten som serverades med det \u00f6vriga kylsk\u00e5psskrapet i form av mor\u00f6tter \u00e0 la Medelhav som du f\u00e5r recept p\u00e5 i eget inl\u00e4gg h\u00e4r bredvid. Tills\u00e4tt den frysta gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len och l\u00e5t den tina under omr\u00f6rning. Smaka av med salt och peppar och g\u00e4rna basilika eller annan \u00f6rtkrydda s\u00e5som k\u00f6rvel eller persilja. Tag kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got innan du tills\u00e4tter den rivna parmesanen samt resten av vitl\u00f6ken.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg laxbitarna i en smord ugnsfast form. L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lspeston ovanp\u00e5 som p\u00e5 bilden.
