K\u00f6r ett tag tills degen g\u00e5tt ihop. Tag upp degen p\u00e5 bakbordet som du str\u00f6tt mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver. Du kanske beh\u00f6ver tills\u00e4tta lite mer mj\u00f6l. Degen ska bli smidig och elastisk men vare sig vara f\u00f6r degig s\u00e5 den fastnar eller f\u00f6r fast s\u00e5 den blir torr och smulig. Ju mer du kn\u00e5dar den desto b\u00e4ttre blir din pastadeg. Vira in degklumpen i plastfolie och l\u00e4gg i kylen att vila i minst en halvtimme. Tag fram degen, l\u00e4gg den p\u00e5 v\u00e4l mj\u00f6lat bakbord, mj\u00f6la \u00e4ven in kaveln och str\u00f6 mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver degen. Kavla degen riktigt tunt. Str\u00f6 mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver den igen och rulla ihop den till en ganska l\u00f6s rulle. Sk\u00e4r med en vass kniv i bitar p\u00e5 ca en halv centimeter. Rulla ut remsorna och l\u00e4gg dem att torka s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. G\u00f6r den s\u00e5s du v\u00e4ljer att servera till. Koka upp vatten att koka pastan i, tills\u00e4tt ganska rikligt med salt vid kokningen. F\u00e4rsk pasta g\u00e5r mycket fort att koka. H\u00e4ll av pastan, sk\u00f6lj eventuellt med lite vatten och h\u00e4ll tillbaka pastan i kastrullen, h\u00e4ll olivolja \u00f6ver eller din s\u00e5s direkt.
