N\u00f6den \u00e4r uppfinningarnas moder och den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det en avokadopesto, eller i vart fall n\u00e5got som n\u00e4rmast kan beskrivas som en pesto eftersom den ut\u00f6ver avokado inneh\u00e5ller lite vitl\u00f6k, olivolja, basilika och finriven parmesan. Det blev v\u00e4ldigt gott och \u00e4r absolut en r\u00e4tt vi g\u00e4rna g\u00f6r igen.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Peston passar \u00e4ven bra att serveras som tillbeh\u00f6r till grillat. L\u00e4gg avokadok\u00f6ttet i en h\u00f6g smal bunke (se bilden) tillsammans med vitl\u00f6k, basilika, dijonsenap, citronjuice och peppar. Mixa med en mixerstav. Tills\u00e4tt olivoljan lite i taget under mixning s\u00e5 att den blandas i och det hela blir en sl\u00e4t fin kr\u00e4m. Tills\u00e4tt parmesanen p\u00e5 slutet. Smaka av om det beh\u00f6vs salt.<\/p>\n<p>Koka pastan i saltat vatten enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. Blanda ordentligt.
