Jag g\u00f6r dem ofta p\u00e5 bara bovetemj\u00f6l eftersom jag tycker det \u00e4r gott och det dessutom \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt nyttigt. Men den h\u00e4r s\u00f6ndagen hade jag inte s\u00e5 mycket bovetemj\u00f6l kvar s\u00e5 det drygades ut med glutenfri mj\u00f6lblandning fr\u00e5n Finax samt lite durramj\u00f6l. Det blev en mer neutral smak som f\u00f6ll g\u00e4sterna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ppen. Till serverade jag en ny blandning: hallon med aprikoser och mango. Eftersom frysta hallon b\u00f6r hettas upp t\u00e4nkte jag blanda i de frysta mangot\u00e4rningarna efter att hallonen blivit varma s\u00e5 att blandningen kyldes ner samtidigt som mangon tinade. Tag av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e4gg i mangobitarna, r\u00f6r om och st\u00e4ll att svalna. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver tills\u00e4tta mer socker och t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det upplevs som mindre s\u00f6tt n\u00e4r blandningen blir kall.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. R\u00f6r och vispa i mj\u00f6lk, yoghurt och sist de uppvispade \u00e4ggen. Smeten ska bli ganska tjock, men om du tror den \u00e4r f\u00f6r tjock kan du sp\u00e4da med lite mer mj\u00f6lk.<\/p>\n<p>Stek p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i sm\u00f6r i pannkakslagg som du ser p\u00e5 bilden.
