L\u00e5t den svalna n\u00e5got och dela den i halvor eller bitar beroende p\u00e5 hur stor den \u00e4r fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop dressingen &#8211; blanda f\u00f6rst alla ingredienser utom oljan, droppa i oljan under omr\u00f6rning s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en fin emulsion. L\u00e4gg i schalottenl\u00f6ken och sedan \u00e4ven \u00f6rterna. Blanda ner spenatbladen i potatisen och h\u00e4ll dressingen \u00f6ver. Det g\u00f6r inget om potatisen fortfarande \u00e4r lite varm s\u00e5 den suger upp dressingen men om den \u00e4r f\u00f6r varm vissnar spenaten och \u00f6rterna. Blanda runt och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salladsl\u00f6k.
