H\u00e4r har de f\u00e5tt underbara indiska smaker och serveras med ris, en fr\u00e4sch tomatsalsa samt f\u00e4rska kokta mor\u00f6tter. Det g\u00e5r f\u00f6rv\u00e5nansv\u00e4rt fort att laga den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten, det \u00e4r bara lite hackande som ska till &#8211; sedan kokar det hela p\u00e5 mindre \u00e4n en halvtimme. Aprikoserna kan uteslutas men ger en god sp\u00e4nnande smak med lite s\u00f6tma och syra.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Diabetikern hoppar \u00f6ver riset eller tar m\u00f6jligtvis r\u00e5ris eller rentav Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken, chilin, ingef\u00e4ran, kryddorna och lagerbladet. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven de hackade aprikoserna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och l\u00e4gg i buljongt\u00e4rningarna och h\u00e4ll i linserna. Pressa i citronsaft och l\u00e5t koka upp och d\u00e4refter sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ca 20-30 minuter tills linserna mjuknat och n\u00e4stan all v\u00e4tska absorberats.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som linserna kokar kokar du \u00e4ven riset och g\u00f6r tomatsalsan: Skiva tomaterna, l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med den hackade basilikan och vitl\u00f6ken. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite flingsalt och olivolja. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 till servering.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna upp riset i en timbal genom att trycka ner riset i en form som du sedan stj\u00e4lper upp p\u00e5 tallriken.
