Om du g\u00f6r sm\u00f6ret l\u00e5ng tid i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g b\u00f6r du ta ut det i tid s\u00e5 det har hunnit mjukna n\u00e5got innan servering. Torka l\u00f6vbiffarna, l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da. R\u00f6r ihop fyllningen, l\u00e4gg en klick p\u00e5 ena halvan av varje l\u00f6vbiff, vik den andra halvan \u00f6ver.
