L\u00e5t helst smeten st\u00e5 i en halvtimme innan du steker dina pannkakor\/cr\u00eapes. Stek dem s\u00e5 tunna du kan i lite olja, n\u00e4r ovansidan stelnat och blivit &#8221;porig&#8221; \u00e4r det klart att v\u00e4nda och steka lika gyllene p\u00e5 andra sidan. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett fat, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ch\u00e8vre, \u00f6rter och valn\u00f6tter som du ser p\u00e5 bilden. Vik \u00f6ver andra halvan och st\u00e4ll fatet i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 100 grader medan du steker klart resten, s\u00e5 att de h\u00e5lls varma och ch\u00e8vren sm\u00e4lter.
