Hemma i kylen fanns bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, p\u00e5 terrassen gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och och sl\u00e4tbladig persilja, i en kruka i k\u00f6ket koriander &#8211; och i kryddl\u00e5dan en burk med koreansk chili jag f\u00e5tt i present och inte riktigt anv\u00e4nt. Det blev en vildsint fantasie-fyllning som faktiskt funkade riktigt bra. Vispa till en sl\u00e4t smet och l\u00e5t den helst st\u00e5 en halvtimme innan du b\u00f6rjar steka dina pannkakor. Stek dem i olja tills de \u00e4r gyllene, n\u00e4r ytan blivit torr p\u00e5 ovansidan och det blivit &#8221;porigt&#8221; \u00e4r din cr\u00eape klar att v\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att stekas gyllene och frasig \u00e4ven p\u00e5 andra sidan. F\u00f6r \u00f6ver den till en tallrik, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ch\u00e8vre och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver \u00f6rter och chili, vik \u00f6ver och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat som du f\u00f6rvarar i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 100-150 grader.
