S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 riset. Sk\u00e4r broccolin i buketter &#8211; gl\u00f6m inte att anv\u00e4nda broccolistj\u00e4lken som \u00e4r mycket god! Jag brukar skala den med en potatisskalare och sk\u00e4ra den i skivor som barnen kallade f\u00f6r broccolikarameller n\u00e4r de var sm\u00e5. St\u00e4ll in laxen i ugnen s\u00e5 den blir klar samtidigt som riset, laxen tar ca 15 minuter i 170 grader. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att m\u00e4ta med en termometer n\u00e4r den blir 40 grader i innertemperatur. Koka broccolin i saltat vatten. Servera laxen med riset och broccolin, str\u00f6 koriander och chili \u00f6ver och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 soja och sesamolja vid servering.
