Tills\u00e4tt fikonen, chilin och r\u00f6dvinet samt balsamvin\u00e4gern. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t koka ganska h\u00e4ftigt s\u00e5 r\u00f6dvinet reduceras. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna balsamicoreduktion (vanlig eller den p\u00e5 granat\u00e4pplen) p\u00e5 slutet. Pressa i citron, smaka av ifall du vill ha mer socker, vin, citron, chili eller balsamico. Tag fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och h\u00e4ll upp i en sk\u00e5l.
