St\u00e4ll den att svalna. Tills\u00e4tt den kalla sockerlagen. Mixa ordentligt s\u00e5 att det blir en helt sl\u00e4t smet &#8211; detta \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r ett riktigt bra resultat tycker vi. St\u00e4ll smeten kallt med skyddande plastfolie \u00f6ver tills det \u00e4r dags att h\u00e4lla den i en glass maskin. K\u00f6r sorbeten tills den stelnat. Servera direkt eller st\u00e4ll i frysen och ta fram en tid innan servering &#8211; sorbet \u00e4r godast n\u00e4r den b\u00f6rjat sm\u00e4lta lite. Om du serverar direkt i sk\u00e5lar, glas eller couper \u00e4r det smart att st\u00e4lla dem i frysen allra helst, annars i kylen s\u00e5 de \u00e4r kalla n\u00e4r du l\u00e4gger i sorbeten. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt sm\u00e4lter inte sorbeten direkt.
