Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsstrimlorna och forts\u00e4tt att steka p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Krydda med salt, peppar och \u00f6rtkryddor men v\u00e4nta med ros\u00e9pepparn eftersom den l\u00e4tt tappar f\u00e4rg annars och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r tills\u00e4ttas p\u00e5 slutet. Tills\u00e4tt kalkonk\u00f6ttet efter ett tag och forts\u00e4tt steka. N\u00e4r f\u00e4nk\u00e5len \u00e4r mjuk h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 vermouthen eller det vita vinet. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ihop lite och h\u00e4ll d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden. L\u00e5t puttra medan du kokar pastan al dente. Smaka av s\u00e5sen och justera kryddningen. H\u00e4ll av pastan, sk\u00f6lj den hastigt i kallt vatten. H\u00e4ll den i s\u00e5sen eller tv\u00e4rtom, tills\u00e4tt det mesta av den rivna osten och r\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 all pasta t\u00e4cks av lite s\u00e5s. Krydda med ros\u00e9pepparn och en aning chili. &nbsp;Servera med persilja och lite extra parmesan samt ev. lite mer ros\u00e9peppar f\u00f6r den vackra f\u00e4rgens skull.
