Det \u00e4r en l\u00e4ttgjord och god s\u00e5s med koncentrerad tomatsmak. Torka av dem med hush\u00e5llspapper. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 dubbelvikt hush\u00e5llpapper p\u00e5 en tallrik som du st\u00e4ller in i mikron utan n\u00e5got \u00f6ver. K\u00f6r i omg\u00e5ngar om tv\u00e5 minuter tills oliverna blivit som torkade och \u00e4r alldeles spr\u00f6da och g\u00e5r att smula. St\u00e4ll dem \u00e5t sidan.<\/p>\n<p>Koka f\u00e4nk\u00e5len mjuk i buljongen. H\u00e4ll av v\u00e4tskan men spara lite att sp\u00e4 med. Mixa f\u00e4nk\u00e5len med sm\u00f6r, olivolja eller gr\u00e4dde, salt och peppar, g\u00e4rna vitpeppar. Klicka i lite mer sm\u00f6r, mixa och smaka av. N\u00e4r du f\u00e5tt en sl\u00e4t fin mousse st\u00e4ller du den \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>Stek vitl\u00f6ken i olivoljan p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt tomathacket och l\u00e5t puttra ett tag. Smaka av med socker, salt, peppar och \u00f6rter. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen puttra ihop ca 10-15 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Koka dina gnocchis i saltat vatten tills de flyter upp &#8211; d\u00e5 \u00e4r de klara. H\u00e4ll av dem i ett durkslag. V\u00e4rm upp f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsmoussen, l\u00e4gg i den kokta gnocchin. Arrangera p\u00e5 tallrikar med tomats\u00e5sen och gnocchin. Smula torkade oliver \u00f6ver.
