Numera finns \u00e4ven delikatesslinser i form av de sm\u00e5 Puylinserna eller Belugalinserna som likt de r\u00f6da linserna inte heller beh\u00f6ver bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas. H\u00e4r har jag anv\u00e4nt s\u00e5dana och gjort en marockanskinspirerad soppa. Soppor och grytor p\u00e5 linser g\u00f6rs i b\u00e5de Marocko och andra nordafrikanska l\u00e4nder samt i Indien, men d\u00e4r \u00e4r det oftast den r\u00f6da eller gr\u00f6na linsen. Citron, vitl\u00f6k, spiskummin, en aning chili och koriander s\u00e4tter fin smak till denna snabblagade soppa. M\u00e5ndagssoppa och tisdagspasta brukar jag k\u00f6ra med, och h\u00e4r har ni veckans soppa som v\u00e4rmer gott nu n\u00e4r v\u00e5ren tagit paus och det mest liknar h\u00f6st ute.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag lagade den h\u00e4r goda soppan hade jag n\u00e5gra babyauberginer fr\u00e5n mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars lantst\u00e4lle i kylen som ocks\u00e5 fick slinka med. Se till att de kokas riktigt mjuka. Man kan \u00e4ven v\u00e4lja att anv\u00e4nda vanlig aubergine som sk\u00e4rs i bitar och f\u00e5r steka med ett kort tag i b\u00f6rjan innan v\u00e4tskan tills\u00e4tt. Tills\u00e4tt spiskummin och harissa. Om du v\u00e4ljer att \u00e4ven ha i mor\u00f6tter tills\u00e4tter du dem h\u00e4r ocks\u00e5. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomater, l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett tag till och tills\u00e4tt sedan buljongen. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven det finrivna citronskalet. L\u00e5t puttra under lock i ca 20 minuter tills linserna och mor\u00f6tterna \u00e4r mjuka. Det tar ca 20-30 minuter. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Smaka av &#8211; salta, peppra, ev, mer kryddor? Pressa i citronsaften precis innan servering och dekorera soppan med den f\u00e4rska koriandern.
