Han lagar mycket sp\u00e4nnande vegetariska r\u00e4tter och oliverna som l\u00e4tt torkas i mikron s\u00e4tter verkligen piff p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga r\u00e4tter. H\u00e4r har jag rullat portionsbitar av torskrygg i olivhacket varefter fisken bakas i ugn.&nbsp;Den serveras med en linsragu med sydfranska smaker som \u00e4ven den kan tillagas i ugn. Enkelt och gott till s\u00e5v\u00e4l vardag som fest. L\u00e4gg dem att torka p\u00e5 dubbelvikt hush\u00e5llspapper. Smula s\u00f6nder dem och l\u00e4gg dem i en djup tallrik.<\/p>\n<p>Torka av torsken och l\u00e4gg den p\u00e5 ett fat eller en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da. Pensla eller gnid in dem med olivolja. Salta och peppra. Ta fiskbitarna en i taget och rulla dem i olivfnaset. L\u00e4gg dem i en ugnsfast form som du smort med olivolja. St\u00e4ll in den i ugnen n\u00e4r du bed\u00f6mer att det \u00e4r 15-20 minuter kvar p\u00e5 linsragun. Anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna en termometer till fisken, n\u00e4r innertemperaturen \u00e4r 42 grader \u00e4r den perfekt stekt.<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/09\/IMG_2869.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-23274\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/09\/IMG_2869-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2869\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/09\/IMG_2869-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/09\/IMG_2869-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/09\/IMG_2869-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olivolja p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills blivit mjukt utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt tomater, \u00f6rter och kryddor. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin, l\u00e5t puttra helt kort och tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter tomater, l\u00e5t puttra ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter buljong och citronskal samt lagerblad. L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 spisen p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme eller st\u00e4ll in kastrullen med lock som t\u00e5l ugn i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 150-170 grader f\u00f6r att&nbsp;baka klart. Det tar ca 30-40 minuter. Linserna ska bli helt mjuka. Kokar du dem p\u00e5 spisen kan det g\u00e5 fortare. Vid servering smakar du av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer salt eller peppar.
