Jag serverar den ibland som huvudr\u00e4tt och ibland som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt. Tjockleken kan varieras beroende p\u00e5 tycke, hum\u00f6r och smak \u2013 ibland kan den vara god n\u00e4stan som en gryta. Fr\u00e4s allt det hackade i lite olivolja p\u00e5 mellanh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att smakerna frig\u00f6rs men det inte tar f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg i limeblad och citrongr\u00e4sstj\u00e4lken som du skurit bort nederdelen och&nbsp; ev. torr \u00f6verdel p\u00e5 samt delat l\u00e4ngsmed f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta att smakerna frig\u00f6rs.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 linserna, de passerade tomaterna, kokosmj\u00f6lken samt ev. tomatpur\u00e9 (den ger b\u00e5de lite mer fyllighet men bidrar \u00e4ven till den vackra f\u00e4rgen) och buljongt\u00e4rningen eller fonden. Sp\u00e4d eventuellt med lite vatten eller ha i tv\u00e5 burkar kokosmj\u00f6lk om du gillar den smaken, annars kan du n\u00f6ja dig med en burk och ta mera vatten.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t koka upp och dra sedan ner v\u00e4rmen s\u00e5 att det f\u00e5r st\u00e5 och sjuda under lock tills linserna \u00e4r mjuka. Smaka av och pressa i limejuice efter smak.
