Och s\u00e5 kom jag p\u00e5 det: jag doppar f\u00f6rst i bovetemj\u00f6l och till sist i quinoaflingor. Det blir en h\u00e4rligt frasig panering som \u00e4r helt glutenfri och dessutom passar utm\u00e4rkt f\u00f6r diabetikern som vill undvika kolhydrater! Servera g\u00e4rna den saftiga panerade fisken med ugnsbakade potatisklyftor och remoulads\u00e5s. Du kan testa med en liten bit fisk med panering f\u00f6r att se att oljan har r\u00e4tt temperatur. Stek fisken i omg\u00e5ngar, lyft upp med h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 dubbel- eller trippelvikt hush\u00e5llspapper.
