Tills\u00e4tt potatis, r\u00f6dbetor och zucchini som du skurit i bitar. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett tag s\u00e5 det blir varmt. Krydda. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00e4ggvispet. Se till att \u00e4ggsmeten f\u00f6rdelar sig j\u00e4mt bland gr\u00f6nsaksfr\u00e4set. Lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt med en tr\u00e4- eller plastgaffel i kanterna och \u00e4ven i mitten s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggen rinner ner mot botten och f\u00e5r chans att stelna utan att din frittata g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 under lock p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och steka klart. Passa s\u00e5 den inte blir br\u00e4nd i botten. Om du har en stekpanna med skaft som klarar ugn kan du st\u00e4lla in den i ca 170 grader att bakas klart. N\u00e4r den stelnat p\u00e5 ytan \u00e4r den klar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 parmesan ett tag innan den \u00e4r helt klar. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salladsl\u00f6k och g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor, jag tog sl\u00e4tbladig persilja.
