Jag serverar den antingen som tillbeh\u00f6r till kyckling eller k\u00f6tt eller som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt. Den syrligt salta osten tillsammans med de varma linserna och balsamvin\u00e4gern \u00e4r en riktig smakh\u00f6jdare \u2013 m\u00e5ste pr\u00f6vas!<\/h3>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tter \u00e4r ju bara strikt vegetarisk f\u00f6r den som \u00e4ter ost. \u00c4ven om osten principiellt kan uteslutas sker det n\u00e5got magiskt i m\u00f6tet av smakerna.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>3 dl puylinser<\/p>\n<p>vatten till kokning, kanske en bit l\u00f6k eller vitl\u00f6k och lite timjan, g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk<\/p>\n<p>100-200 gram roquefortost eller annan god gr\u00f6n- eller bl\u00e5m\u00f6gelost, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 f\u00e5rmj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>En god balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>En god olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Nymald peppar fr\u00e5n kvarnen<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4sch salladsblandning efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak \u2013 g\u00e4rna med ruccola<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Koka linserna enligt anvisning, brukar g\u00e5 ganska fort (kanske 20 minuter \u2013 de f\u00e5r inte bli f\u00f6r gr\u00f6tiga). Varken puylinser eller belugalinser beh\u00f6ver bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas vilket f\u00f6renklar ytterligare. Om man vill kan man l\u00e4gga lite timjan, ett lagerblad och kanske en bit l\u00f6k eller vitl\u00f6k i kokvattnet eller lite god gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong. Ta inte f\u00f6r mycket buljong dock, eftersom linsernas smak inte ska drunkna i buljongen och s\u00e4lta \u00e4nd\u00e5 kommer sedan fr\u00e5n osten.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp linserna vackert p\u00e5 portionstallrikar, kanske med lite ruccola eller annan vacker och god sallad i botten och vid sidan av. Smula roquefortost i mitten av linsh\u00f6gen och droppa en riktigt god balsamvin\u00e4ger och god olivolja \u00f6ver.
