Det \u00e4r en l\u00e4tt s\u00e5s som passar till all fisk. Sonen skedade den glatt \u00f6ver sin kyckling som han f\u00f6redrog framf\u00f6r v\u00e5r torsk. Spara alltid skalen efter att ni \u00e4tit skaldjur och koka en fond p\u00e5 dem dagen efter. H\u00e4r har jag anv\u00e4nt en blandning av hummer, havskr\u00e4ftor och lite r\u00e4kor.
