G\u00f6r en stor sats, frys in det du inte anv\u00e4nder direkt s\u00e5 kan du med mycket sm\u00e5 medel snabbt trolla fram en delikat m\u00e5ltid vid andra tillf\u00e4llen. F\u00f6rbered broccolin genom att skala och skiva stammen (den \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt god och s\u00f6t och ska absolut inte sl\u00e4ngas) och dela huvudet i mindre knippen.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s currypasten i oljan p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt currypaste b\u00f6rjar du med att fr\u00e4sa l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg och forts\u00e4tter d\u00e4refter med currypasten, ingef\u00e4ran, citrongr\u00e4s som du bankat p\u00e5 eller skurit riktigt tunt samt limebladen. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lken, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 och puttra och r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer hetta, mer salt mer av n\u00e5got? Kanske lite pressad lime eller citron?<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som s\u00e5sen sm\u00e5puttrar st\u00e4ller du in laxen i ugnen efter att ha lagt den i en smord ugnsfast form och eventuellt ha kryddat den. Stek laxen till en innertemperatur p\u00e5 40-42 grader i 170 graders ugn eller lite l\u00e4gre temperatur. Koka \u00e4ven broccolin under tiden.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp laxen p\u00e5 tallrikar med ris bredvid. Jag l\u00e4gger f\u00f6rst riset i en kaffekopp, pressar till och v\u00e4nder upp den p\u00e5 faten s\u00e5 det blir en liten ristimbal. H\u00e4ll s\u00e5s \u00f6ver laxen och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 broccoli.
