Antingen k\u00f6per du f\u00e4rdig r\u00f6d currypaste och f\u00e5r ett ganska gott resultat &nbsp;&#8211; eller s\u00e5 g\u00f6r du egen currypaste och n\u00e5r fantastiska smakh\u00f6jder:) Det \u00e4r egentligen ganska l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra sin egen currypaste, tricket \u00e4r att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 alla ingredienser men \u00e4ven det \u00e4r ganska l\u00e4tt nuf\u00f6rtiden. G\u00f6r en stor sats, frys in det du inte anv\u00e4nder direkt s\u00e5 kan du med mycket sm\u00e5 medel snabbt trolla fram en delikat m\u00e5ltid vid andra tillf\u00e4llen. R\u00e4korna l\u00e4ggs strax innan servering&nbsp;i den lena s\u00e5sen och serveras med ris och broccoli &#8211; enkelt men s\u00e5\u00e5 gott! Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt currypaste b\u00f6rjar du med att fr\u00e4sa l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg och forts\u00e4tter d\u00e4refter med currypasten, ingef\u00e4ran, citrongr\u00e4s som du bankat p\u00e5 eller skurit riktigt tunt samt limebladen. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lken, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 och puttra och r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer hetta, mer salt mer av n\u00e5got? Kanske lite pressad lime eller citron?&nbsp;Koka broccolin under tiden som s\u00e5sen puttrar ihop och riset kokar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det n\u00e4stan \u00e4r dags att servera och riset samt broccolin \u00e4r klara l\u00e4gger du i r\u00e4korna. Anv\u00e4nder du r\u00e5a r\u00e4kor ska de \u00e4ndra f\u00e4rg och bli rosa, annars beh\u00f6ver de bara snabbt v\u00e4rmas en aning. Om r\u00e4korna ligger och v\u00e4rms f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge i s\u00e5sen blir de torra och tr\u00e5kiga.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna riset i en&nbsp;kaffekopp, pressa till och v\u00e4nd upp koppen p\u00e5 faten s\u00e5 det blir en liten ristimbal. H\u00e4ll s\u00e5s \u00f6ver eller runtom\/bredvid och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 broccoli.
