Jag anv\u00e4nde f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, majrova, zucchini, mor\u00f6tter och potatis samt babyspenat. Buljongen f\u00e5r extra citrussmak av citrongr\u00e4s, limeblad och ingef\u00e4ra tillsammans med citron, grapefrukt och lite apelsin. Man kan ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nka sig att utesluta potatisen och antingen bara ha olika gr\u00f6nsaker eller i st\u00e4llet servera med nudlar eller ris. Blanda den krossade vitl\u00f6ken med olivoljan och pensla fisken med oljan. Ett alternativ f\u00f6r mildare smaker \u00e4r att du v\u00e4rmer upp n\u00e5gon dl olivolja med n\u00e5gra vitl\u00f6ksklyftor i, l\u00e5ter det st\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och dra ur smakerna och d\u00e4refter anv\u00e4nder oljan. Salta och peppra fisken. St\u00e4ll fisken \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r ca 20 minuter kvar till servering. D\u00e5 st\u00e4ller du in den i ugn som du v\u00e4rmt till 150-170 grader, g\u00e4rna med en termometer i en av fiskbitarna. N\u00e4r innertemperaturen \u00e4r 40-42 grader \u00e4r fisken perfekt genomstekt utan att ha blivit torr.<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4263.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-23742\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4263-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4263\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4263-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4263-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4263.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm upp buljongen med&nbsp;limeblad, vitl\u00f6k, schalottenl\u00f6k, lagerblad, pepparkorn, citronskal och citrongr\u00e4sstj\u00e4lkar som du skurit p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och kanske \u00e4ven skurit av tv\u00e4rs \u00f6ver. Banka g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 dem med knivskaftet s\u00e5 de &#8221;m\u00f6ras&#8221; och d\u00e4rmed avger sina aromatiska smaker l\u00e4ttare. Tills\u00e4tt en del av citrusjuicen &#8211; spara resten till strax f\u00f6re servering f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla s\u00e5v\u00e4l fr\u00e4sch\u00f6r som nyttiga vitaminer.&nbsp;&nbsp;Se till att citrusfrukterna tv\u00e4ttats ordentligt i hett vatten innan du river skalet. L\u00e5t buljongen sjuda upp och sedan st\u00e5 och puttra s\u00e5 att den precis sjuder f\u00f6r att frig\u00f6ra alla smaker. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00f6nsakerna efter kokningstid &#8211; de som tar l\u00e4ngst tid b\u00f6rjar du med, dvs potatis och mor\u00f6tter \u00e5ker i f\u00f6rst, d\u00e4refter f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, majrova och sist zucchini. Smaka av med mer citron, salt och peppar och kanske mer fr\u00e4scha \u00f6rtkryddor strax f\u00f6re servering.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangera fisken p\u00e5 djupa tallrikar med gr\u00f6nsakerna runtom. Reducera ev ner buljongen genom att koka den p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme innan du tills\u00e4tter citrusjuice efter smak. Smaka av s\u00e4ltan och peppar.
