P\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r det saltkaramellglass som \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt smakkomplement, men s\u00e5v\u00e4l gr\u00e4dde som vaniljglass passar ocks\u00e5 bra, eller rentav en kanelglass. Skala \u00e4pplena, sk\u00e4r av botten och toppen och k\u00e4rna ur dem med en \u00e4ppelurk\u00e4rnare s\u00e5 det blir ett runt h\u00e5l i mitten. Dela varje \u00e4pple i tv\u00e5 eller tre skivor beroende p\u00e5 hur stora \u00e4pplena \u00e4r, skivorna ska bli ca 2 cm tjocka. Ber\u00e4kna en eller tv\u00e5 skivor per person, beroende p\u00e5 hur stora efterr\u00e4ttsmagar g\u00e4sterna har:) Gnid in skivorna med citron s\u00e5 de inte m\u00f6rknar.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg skivorna i den smorda <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4259.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-23738\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4259-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4259\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4259-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4259-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4259.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>formen. Pudra rikligt med kanel \u00f6ver, str\u00f6 eller mal kardemumma \u00f6ver (jag har alltid en liten pepparkvarn med kardemummak\u00e4rnor i f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den fr\u00e4scha nymalda smaken), riv ev. \u00f6ver citronskal och pudra vaniljfr\u00f6n \u00f6ver. L\u00e4gg slutligen tunt hyvlad iskallt sm\u00f6r \u00f6ver \u00e4ppelskivorna och l\u00e5t dem st\u00e5 tills det \u00e4r dags att baka dem. Baka dem i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 150 grader i ca 20-30 minuter s\u00e5 de blir ganska mjuka. Hit kan du f\u00f6rbereda f\u00f6re middagen. Strax innan servering v\u00e4rmer du dem en aning i ugnen, \u00f6ser du dem med sm\u00f6ret och nu ska de br\u00e4nnas av likt en cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e. Har du en gasolbr\u00e4nnare f\u00f6r k\u00f6ket anv\u00e4nder du den, precis som f\u00f6r cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e. Str\u00f6 socker \u00f6ver \u00e4ppelringarna, br\u00e4nn av sockret s\u00e5 det sm\u00e4lter utan att det br\u00e4nns f\u00f6r m\u00f6rkt och l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar tillsammans med glass och servera direkt. Har du ingen br\u00e4nnare st\u00e4ller du in formen med de sockrade \u00e4ppelskivorna under grillen i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 225-250 grader. Efter ca 5 minuter \u00e4r de klara, du ser att det puttrar lite i ytan men de f\u00e5r inte bli br\u00e4nda.<\/p>\n<p>Tag ut och l\u00e4gg upp \u00e4pplena p\u00e5 serveringsfat, l\u00e4gg en kula glass i varje ring eller servera dem med vispad gr\u00e4dde eller vaniljs\u00e5s.
