Blanda runt och h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. L\u00e4gg nu i r\u00f6dbetorna och g\u00f6r likadant med olja, salt, peppar och \u00f6rter, blanda runt och h\u00e4ll upp \u00e4ven dem p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten. Anledningen till att du g\u00f6r r\u00f6dbetorna f\u00f6r sig \u00e4r att de f\u00e4rgar av sig men den vackert r\u00f6da saften \u00e4r vattenl\u00f6slig, inte oljel\u00f6slig, s\u00e5 n\u00e4r du v\u00e4l t\u00e4ckt dem med lite olja h\u00e5ller de sig p\u00e5 mattan bland de \u00f6vriga rotfrukterna.<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4270.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-23759\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4270-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4270\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4270-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4270-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4270.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vad g\u00e4ller potatisen g\u00f6r du antingen likadant eller som jag gjorde: bryn sm\u00f6r s\u00e5 det blir n\u00f6tbrunt och avger aromatiska karamelliga dofter. V\u00e4nd runt potatisen i sm\u00f6ret och h\u00e4ll upp i form eller p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t f\u00f6r att stekas i ugnen. Krydda g\u00e4rna potatisen med rosmarin ut\u00f6ver salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Rosta rotfrukterna och potatisen i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 200 grader i ca 20 minuter tills de blivit helt mjuka och b\u00f6rjat ta fin f\u00e4rg utan att bli br\u00e4nda. Stek samtidigt biffarna i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olivolja &#8211; n\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret slutat fr\u00e4sa i oljan \u00e4r pannan tillr\u00e4ckligt varm f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga i biffarna. Stek inte f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, d\u00e5 kyls pannan ner och de blir <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4274.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-23762\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4274-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4274\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4274-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4274-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/11\/IMG_4274.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>mer kokta \u00e4n stekta. Stek dem f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, v\u00e4nd och l\u00e5t dem sedan steka klart p\u00e5 l\u00e4gre v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de n\u00e4stan blir genomstekta men fortfarande \u00e4r lite rosa och saftiga i mitten. L\u00e4gg upp biffarna p\u00e5 ett fat, kanske med rotfrukterna bredvid eller p\u00e5 eget fat liksom potatisen.
