Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Krydda med \u00f6rter, citronskal och pressad citron. Pressa citron \u00f6ver avokadobitarna, salta och peppra och stek dem, g\u00e4rna i grillpanna s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r fina r\u00e4nder p\u00e5 sidorna. Grilla \u00e4ven tomaterna i grillpannan. Tills\u00e4tt zucchinin och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa runt helt kort innan du tills\u00e4tter \u00e4ven spenaten strax innan serveringen. V\u00e4nd ner s\u00e5 att spenaten precis mjuknar. Smula i fetaosten eller getosten, l\u00e4gg i den nykokta pastan som du kokat al dente, med en k\u00e4rna av tuggmotst\u00e5nd p\u00e5 \u00e4ktitalienskt vis. V\u00e4nd runt pastan i s\u00e5sen. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar, toppa med avokado, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och pressa ev. extra citron \u00f6ver.
