Laxen bakar du i ugnen eller steker som jag gjorde. Till serveras gr\u00f6nsaker och nudlar d\u00e4r jag skurit mor\u00f6tterna som l\u00e5nga nudlar ocks\u00e5. Smakerna kommer fr\u00e5n lime, chili, ingef\u00e4ra, vitl\u00f6k, koriander, soja, nam pla (thail\u00e4ndsk fisks\u00e5s), citrongr\u00e4s och salladsl\u00f6k.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det enda som tar lite tid \u00e4r att f\u00f6rbereda gr\u00f6nsakerna &#8211; sedan g\u00e5r det fort. L\u00e4gg den avtorkade laxen p\u00e5 ett fat eller i en smord ugnsfast form om du vill steka den i ugnen. Krydda och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att laga den s\u00e5 den blir klar precis till servering. Stick g\u00e4rna in en termometer och ta ut den n\u00e4r den \u00e4r 40 grader i innertemperatur. I stekpanna som jag tillagade den g\u00e5r det fortare och laxen blir klar p\u00e5 max tio minuter. Se till att den inte blir f\u00f6r genomstekt, det \u00e4r gott n\u00e4r den har en l\u00e4tt ostekt k\u00e4rna s\u00e5 den fortfarande \u00e4r fin i konsistensen.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken i oljan p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den inte tar f\u00e4rg men b\u00f6rjar bli mjuk. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken, chilin, ingef\u00e4ran och citrongr\u00e4set. L\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa lite till innan du \u00e4ven tills\u00e4tter spetsk\u00e5len och mor\u00f6tterna. H\u00e4r kan du l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 ett lock s\u00e5 k\u00e5len och mor\u00f6tterna f\u00e5r chans att mjukna n\u00e5got. Blanda i lime &#8211; skal och saft, soya, fisks\u00e5s och en del av salladsl\u00f6ken. Blanda runt och smaka av. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna en skv\u00e4tt sweet thai chilis\u00e5s f\u00f6r extra s\u00f6tma och hetta som ger fin balans \u00e5t smakerna. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer s\u00e4lta (soja eller fisks\u00e5s) eller syra (limejuice) eller rentav hetta (chili eller chilis\u00e5sen). Koka eller snarare sjud nudlarna i n\u00e5gra minuter s\u00e5 de precis mjuknar. H\u00e4ll av i ett durkslag och sk\u00f6lj hastigt med kallt vatten. Stek din lax och blanda precis f\u00f6re servering ner spenaten strax efter de kokade nudlarna i det wokade.
