Det tog ett litet tag innan de kom p\u00e5 vad den var gjord av, den gr\u00f6na f\u00e4rgen ledde tankarna till pistage och avokadon \u00e4r inte helt l\u00e4tt att identifiera n\u00e4r den f\u00e5r s\u00e4llskap av socker och vanilj. Men gott blir det &#8211; den h\u00e4r glassen \u00e4r mer som en slags h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig avokadosorbet. Jag valde att g\u00f6ra den lite nyttigare med ganska lite socker, som l\u00e4tt kan ers\u00e4ttas av t.ex. agavesirap om man s\u00e5 f\u00f6redrar. Jag valde ocks\u00e5 en smakneutral kokosmj\u00f6lk p\u00e5 tetrapack, men den som f\u00f6redrar tar mj\u00f6lk eller mj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dde \u00e4ven om jag tycker avokadon har sin egen oljighet som bidrar till kr\u00e4migheten i glassen. Citronen beh\u00f6vs b\u00e5de f\u00f6r att lyfta avokadons smaker men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra oxidation och missf\u00e4rgning. H\u00e4ll blandningen i glassmaskinen.
