H\u00e4r \u00e4r en curry p\u00e5 pumpa och r\u00f6da linser, som ocks\u00e5 g\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 s\u00f6tpotatis eller bara linser. Jag serverade den med extra nyttigt r\u00f6tt ris och curryfr\u00e4st spetsk\u00e5l med citron. Tills\u00e4tt ingef\u00e4ran, chilin och kryddorna samt pumpan och fr\u00e4s ett tag till. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lk och buljong. H\u00e4ll i linserna. R\u00f6r om ordentligt, l\u00e5t koka upp, r\u00f6r om igen och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra i ca 20-30 minuter tills pumpan och linserna \u00e4r helt mjuka. R\u00f6r d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Smaka av och krydda eller peppra kanske lite mer. Pressa g\u00e4rna i lite citron strax innan servering. Toppa med koriander och salladsl\u00f6k. Servera med det kokta riset och spetsk\u00e5len som du gjort enligt de h\u00e4r anvisningarna:<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s spetsk\u00e5len med vitl\u00f6ken i oljan ett tag. Tills\u00e4tt curryn och citronskalet, r\u00f6r runt och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rmen tills k\u00e5len mjuknat.
