Du lagar det l\u00e4tt och det blir ett h\u00e4rligt doftande v\u00e4lsmakande komplement till b\u00e5de indiska och andra r\u00e4tter.<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till 4-6 personer:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 dl ris (g\u00e4rna basmatiris)<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra msk olja<\/p>\n<p>2 gula l\u00f6kar, finstrimlade<\/p>\n<p>1 kanelst\u00e5ng<\/p>\n<p>1 lagerblad<\/p>\n<p>6 kryddnejlikor<\/p>\n<p>ev. \u00bd muskotblomma (kan uteslutas)<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk socker<\/p>\n<p>4\u00bd-5 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p><b><i>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg riset i 15 minuter, sk\u00f6lj och l\u00e5t rinna av i sil eller durkslag.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp olja i en gryta eller kastrull och l\u00e4gg i tv\u00e5 gula l\u00f6kar som du strimlat fint. Tills\u00e4tt kanelst\u00e5ng, lagerblad, kryddnejlikor samt ev. muskotblomma (kan uteslutas). L\u00e5t steka i 5 minuter, tills\u00e4tt d\u00e5 sockret och l\u00e5t steka s\u00e5 karamelliseras i tv\u00e5 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt riset och fr\u00e4s det i tv\u00e5 minuter innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 vatten \u2013 knappt dubbel m\u00e4ngd mot riset (titta p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen). L\u00e5t riset koka ca 10 minuter (eller f\u00f6lj anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen) tills \u00e4r mjukt och v\u00e4tskan absorberats.
