H\u00e4ll av vattnet men spara g\u00e4rna lite av spadet till att sp\u00e4 moussen med om det beh\u00f6vs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Stek under tiden l\u00f6ken i \u00a0sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 l\u00f6ken blir helt mjuk och mild utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Mixa skockorna med lite av kokspadet och l\u00f6ken, tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och sm\u00f6r och mixa till en sl\u00e4t pur\u00e9. Smaka av med salt och peppar samt muskot eller tryffel.
