Jag serverar dem g\u00e4rna bara med bl\u00e5b\u00e4rskompotten eller f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r i s\u00e4song samt en vaniljkr\u00e4m gjord p\u00e5 Oatly cr?eme fra\u00eeche (eller vanlig f\u00f6r den som vill). Om man inte beh\u00f6ver eller vill t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att vara nyttig \u00e4r det ju gott med lite l\u00f6nnsirap till ocks\u00e5. Dadelsirap \u00e4r som kocken sj\u00e4lv s\u00e4ger ett bra alternativ men har kanske lite vuxnare smak.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ursprungsreceptet f\u00f6reskriver att pannkakorna serveras med sockerfri glass, bl\u00e5b\u00e4rskompotten samt f\u00e4rsk citrontimjan. Det l\u00e5ter v\u00e4ldigt gott men jag hade ingen citrontimjan. V\u00e4nd sedan ner den andra h\u00e4lften bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och r\u00f6r ihop. H\u00e4ll upp i en serveringssk\u00e5l och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulvret, vispa i mj\u00f6lken och \u00e4gget. Det h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag i en mixer efter att ha blandat mj\u00f6l och bakpulver i en sk\u00e5l eller literm\u00e5tt. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven bananen och k\u00f6r mixern tills du f\u00e5tt en fluffig j\u00e4mn smet. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 praktiskt att h\u00e4lla ur mixern direkt i stekpannan vid stekning.<\/p>\n<p>Stek sm\u00e5 frasiga pannkakor i en ren stekpanna s\u00e5 de inte tar smak eller \u00e4nnu hellre i en pannkakslagg eller pl\u00e4ttlagg. I en pannkakslagg f\u00e5r man plats med tre sm\u00e5 pannkakor.
