En matig, nyttig och mycket god soppa som serveras med stekta br\u00f6dkrutonger som ocks\u00e5 tj\u00e4nar som redning av soppan. Tills\u00e4tt den riktigt finstrimlade sk\u00f6ljda gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len men se verkligen till att du inte har n\u00e5gra h\u00e5rda bitar med (det har jag l\u00e4rt mig den h\u00e5rda v\u00e4gen haha), h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 buljong eller vatten med buljongt\u00e4rningarna. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven b\u00f6norna. L\u00e5t koka utan lock tills k\u00e5len \u00e4r mjuk. Om man har lock p\u00e5 blir k\u00e5len l\u00e4tt brun, precis som broccoli och gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor.<\/p>\n<p>Medan soppan kokar g\u00f6r du br\u00f6dkrutongerna: Sk\u00e4r br\u00f6det i kuber, stek dem i olja, tills\u00e4tt efter ett tag vitl\u00f6ken och salta, stek dem s\u00e5 de blir knapriga\/frasiga och gyllene. Tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av krutongerna i soppan och l\u00e5t koka med ca 5 minuter p\u00e5 slutet &#8211; det hj\u00e4lper till att reda soppan s\u00e5 den tjocknar lite. Resten av krutongerna str\u00f6r du sk\u00e5larna vid servering. Smaka av soppan med salt och citron.
