Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ingen riktig pesto eftersom jag inte mixar den och den heller inte inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e5gra pinjen\u00f6tter eller andra n\u00f6tter. Men smakerna blir som en mustig pesto. En otroligt nyttigt och fr\u00e4sch r\u00e4tt &#8211; och l\u00e4ttlagad till en h\u00e4rlig vardagsmiddag.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00f6r ibland en version d\u00e4r jag faktiskt mixar den f\u00f6rv\u00e4llda gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len med olja, vitl\u00f6k och parmesan f\u00f6r mer traditionell pesto &#8211; men h\u00e4r \u00e4r den \u00e4nnu enklare versionen.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4lj g\u00e4rna en glutenfri pasta p\u00e5 r\u00e5ris eller bovete f\u00f6r extra nyttigt och antiinflammatoriskt.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>ca 400 gram gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, sk\u00f6ljd och finstrimlad (obs! Var noga med att ta bort alla h\u00e5rda stj\u00e4lkar och bladf\u00e4sten!)<\/p>\n<p>3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och finhackade eller mosade med salt<\/p>\n<p>ev. en gul l\u00f6k eller schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och finstrimlad<\/p>\n<p>det finrivna skalet av 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron (helst ekologisk och noga <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4472.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-24462\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4472-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4472\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4472-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4472-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4472.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>tv\u00e4ttad)<\/p>\n<p>pressad citron<\/p>\n<p>ganska rikligt med olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>ev. \u00f6rtkrydda som timjan, basilika, k\u00f6rvel<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtsalt<\/p>\n<p>2 dl riven parmesan<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4473.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-24463\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4473-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4473\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4473-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4473-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4473.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak &#8211; ber\u00e4kna \u00e5tminstone 100 gram per person<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 pastavattnet. Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i rikligt med olivolja tills den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt den finstrimlade gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len, krydda med salt, peppar, citronskal och \u00f6rter. Fr\u00e4s runt tills k\u00e5len \u00e4r mjuk.
