I Katinkas Kitchen blir det ofta n\u00e5gon frittata varje helg. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen hade jag broccoli och kokt potatis och en bit av den helstekta utskurna biffen som skivades tunt och serverades till med en sallad. Tills\u00e4tt potatisen och h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen. Krydda och stek potatisen tills den b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 fin yta och \u00e4r helt varm. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven broccolin s\u00e5 den v\u00e4rms upp. Vispa ihop \u00e4ggen med en gaffel s\u00e5 de g\u00e5r ihop men fortfarande har viskositet (seghet) i sig &#8211; annars f\u00e5r du \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra och en omelett eller i det h\u00e4r fallet frittata <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4524.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-24475\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4524-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4524\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4524-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4524-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/12\/IMG_4524.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>ska ju h\u00e5lla ihop. H\u00e4ll \u00e4ggstanningen \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna som du spridit ut j\u00e4mnt i pannan. Lyft hela tiden i kanten och i mitten s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggstanningen rinner ner i botten och kan stelna. Drag direkt ner v\u00e4rmen till l\u00e5g och forts\u00e4tt lyfta ett tag. L\u00e4gg sedan p\u00e5 locket och l\u00e5t frittatan st\u00e5 och stelna helt. Under tiden g\u00f6r du gremolatan: Blanda finhackad sl\u00e4tbladig persilja, mosad vitl\u00f6k och rivet citronskal med olivolja, salta och peppra. N\u00e4r frittatan \u00e4r klar ringlar du gremolataoljan \u00f6ver eller st\u00e4ller fram f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna att ta av vid servering.
