L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, krydda med \u00f6rter, peppar och salt men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att sardellerna har s\u00e4lta. H\u00e4ll av pastan, sk\u00f6lj den helt l\u00e4tt i kallt vatten, l\u00e5t droppa av lite och l\u00e4gg pastan i pastas\u00e5sen. R\u00f6r runt och blanda s\u00e5 att pastan t\u00e4cks av s\u00e5sen.
