I mitt k\u00f6k blir det idag lugnt och till \u00f6verv\u00e4gande delen franskt kulinariskt i form av maigret de canard \u00e0 l&#8217;orange, dvs ankbr\u00f6st med ljuvlig s\u00e5s p\u00e5 madeira och en touche apelsin. Det hela serveras med potatisgrat\u00e4ng i portionsformar och haricots verts extra fins, sp\u00e4da gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor. Till efterr\u00e4tt chokladfondant med k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rskompott och kryddglass. Men f\u00f6r att blidka makens \u00f6nskan om mer traditionell svensk julmat blir det till lunch sill och kallr\u00f6kt lax. En liten eggnog ska vi v\u00e4l avnjuta under eftermiddagen och senare i kv\u00e4ll julgodisar i form av chokladkola, hallonkola, chokladtryfflar och den obligatoriska spanska mandelnougaten, turr\u00f3n till paket\u00f6ppningen. Jag plockar fram receptet p\u00e5 eggnog h\u00e4r bredvid &#8211; en h\u00e4rlig juldrink. Fler recept kommer fram\u00f6ver, s\u00e5 v\u00e4lkommen igen och igen! Och s\u00e5 kan du g\u00e5 in i kategorin jul i kolumnen h\u00e4r till h\u00f6ger f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram en massa recepttips.
