De revs snabbt och fick bli sm\u00e5 minir\u00f6stis att servera till stekta \u00e4gg och r\u00f6kt lax tillsammans med stekt tomat, sallad och citron. Platta till lite s\u00e5 det blir sm\u00e5 pl\u00e4ttar. Salta och peppra. Stek dem gyllene och frasiga p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor, v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r du ser att de h\u00e5ller ihop och f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta steksidan. L\u00e4gg dem allteftersom p\u00e5 ett fat som du st\u00e4ller i ugnen i ca 100 grader f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla v\u00e4rmen medan du steker resten av r\u00f6stin, tomaterna och \u00e4ggen. Stek tomaterna kryddade med \u00f6rter, salt och peppar. Stek sist \u00e4ggen, krydda med f\u00f6rslagsvis de kryddor jag r\u00e4knat upp h\u00e4r ovan. Jag tycker mycket om n\u00e4r man har n\u00e5gon krydda med lite sting p\u00e5 den milda \u00e4ggulan, till exempel stark paprika, cayenne eller torkad chili i n\u00e5gon form. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar med r\u00f6stin, laxskivorna, sallad, citron och de stekta tomaterna.
