Denna klassiska franska &#8221;upside-down-kaka&#8221; blir fantastiskt god \u00e4ven om jag med min bucklade Tefalpanna s\u00e4llan lyckas v\u00e4nda upp den med stil och grace. Servera denna supergoda \u00e4ppelpaj med l\u00f6svispad gr\u00e4dde smaksatt med rom eller vaniljvodka eller bara vanilj f\u00f6r alkoholfritt alternativ. K\u00f6r helt kort s\u00e5 allt blandas och smulas. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggulan och 2 msk vatten, k\u00f6r helt kort tills degen g\u00e5r ihop. Om degen fortfarande \u00e4r smulig tills\u00e4tter du lite mer vatten. H\u00e4ll i sockret och l\u00e5t det koka upp. Pressa i citronsaften, l\u00e4gg i \u00e4pplena och l\u00e5t brynas n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r som en kolas\u00e5s runt \u00e4pplena. Drag av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Tag fram degen och kavla ut den till ett lock som \u00e4r ca 1\/2 cm tjockt. L\u00e4gg det \u00f6ver \u00e4pplena i pannan och vik ner kanterna s\u00e5 de g\u00e5r l\u00e4ngsmed insidan av pannan ner mot botten. St\u00e4ll in pannan i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175 grader, gr\u00e4dda i ca 30 minuter tills degen f\u00e5tt fin gyllene f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r frasig. Gr\u00e4dda den lite mer om den ser blek ut, det \u00e4r viktigt att den <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-24805\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/01\/IMG_5167-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5167\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/01\/IMG_5167-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/01\/IMG_5167-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/01\/IMG_5167-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/01\/IMG_5167-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\u00e4r ordentligt gr\u00e4ddad utan att bli br\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att det ska bli riktigt gott och frasigt och dessutom g\u00e5 att v\u00e4nda upp den utan att allt rasar, har jag uppt\u00e4ckt.
