Dessutom blev den v\u00e4ldigt vacker med sin intensivt gr\u00f6na f\u00e4rg. Som vanligt var upprinnelsen till inspirationen begr\u00e4nsade r\u00e5varor och experimentlusta. En rotselleri beh\u00f6vde anv\u00e4ndas innan den blev alltf\u00f6r anfr\u00e4tt och en halv p\u00e5se gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l l\u00e5g och skvalpade i kylen. Soppan serverades f\u00f6rsta dagen som en god vardagsmiddag och d\u00e4refter som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt vid en finare helgmiddag &#8211; d\u00e5 med lyxigt tillbeh\u00f6r i form av en gener\u00f6s klick forellrom. Tills\u00e4tt rotsellerin och gurkmejan, r\u00f6r runt och tills\u00e4tt buljongen och citronskalet. L\u00e5t koka upp och st\u00e5 och sm\u00e5koka i ca 15 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt den rensade hackade gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len och l\u00e5t koka ca 5-10 minuter till &#8211; kolla s\u00e5 att rotsellerin och gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len \u00e4r helt mjuka. Tills\u00e4tt citronsaft, mixa soppan helt sl\u00e4t. Mixa den ganska l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 den b\u00e5de blir ordentligt sl\u00e4t och den gr\u00f6na f\u00e4rgen intensifieras. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer buljong, salt, peppar eller citron.
