Jag hade kvar en del av den tryfferade blomk\u00e5lscr\u00e8men sedan fredagens middag samt en del av de gr\u00f6na b\u00f6norna sedan l\u00f6rdagens middag. Tillsammans med nykokt glutenfri pasta och riven parmesan samt en extra skv\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde blev det en v\u00e4ldigt god och otroligt l\u00e4ttlagad middag. Principen att sl\u00e4nga i vad rester man har och kanske f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka med gr\u00e4dde eller tomats\u00e5s och kanske n\u00e5gon gr\u00f6nsak, l\u00f6k eller vitl\u00f6k g\u00e5r att applicera p\u00e5 n\u00e4stan vilka rester som helst.
