Det \u00e4r viktigt att den f\u00e5r koka ihop f\u00f6r att smakerna ska bli r\u00e4tt. St\u00e4ll att svalna till servering.<\/p>\n<p>Till v\u00e5fflorna: Blanda alla torra ingredienser inklusive bakpulver, r\u00f6r om. Vispa i mj\u00f6lk och vatten och sist det sm\u00e4lta n\u00e5got avsvalnade sm\u00f6ret. Smaka av med salt, ev. socker och kanske vaniljsocker eller rivet citronskal, kanel, kardemumma eller om du bara vill ha dem rena. V\u00e5fflor kan \u00e4ven serveras med salta tillbeh\u00f6r \u00e4ven om jag och familjen \u00e4r svag f\u00f6r den s\u00f6ta varianten.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp ditt v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rn och sm\u00f6rj det i f\u00f6rsta varvet. Sedan brukar det fungera \u00e4nd\u00e5 med sm\u00f6ret som&nbsp;finns i smeten. Gr\u00e4dda dina v\u00e5fflor gyllenfrasiga och servera direkt med gr\u00e4dde och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rskompott.
