De verkar beh\u00f6va lite mer gr\u00e4ddning f\u00f6r att bli s\u00e5d\u00e4r h\u00e4rligt knapersega. Faktum \u00e4r att n\u00e4r jag provbakade dem f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen hade jag inte huvudet med mig alls, och gl\u00f6mde bakpulvretvilket ledde till att jag fick torka dem ett tag i ugnen likt skorpor f\u00f6r att de inte skulle bli hoppl\u00f6st l\u00f6sa och smuliga. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det korrekta receptet, som \u00e4r glutenfritt. Forma degen till en klump och dela den i tre delar. Rulla ut dem, l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och platta till dem med h\u00e4nderna, en kavel eller en stekspade. Pensla med uppvispat \u00e4gg och str\u00f6 vaniljsocker, kardemumma och havssalt \u00f6ver. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till 200 grader i ca 15 minuter.
