Han tog det b\u00e4sta fr\u00e5n Frankrike och gjorde r\u00e4tter med svensk-fransk twist. N\u00e4r jag googlade p\u00e5 <em>cr\u00e8me Ninon<\/em> p\u00e5 franska fick jag upp ett schweiziskt recept p\u00e5 i och f\u00f6r sig en soppa men med helt andra ingredienser; potatis, purjol\u00f6k, l\u00f6k och fl\u00e4sk\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tore Wretmans delikata skapelse inneh\u00e5ller gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor, schalottenl\u00f6k, h\u00f6nsbuljong, gr\u00e4dde och champagne, det sistn\u00e4mnda fanns \u00e4ven i den schweiziska soppan (!) Den h\u00e4r soppan passar s\u00e4rskilt bra till lyxig l\u00e4ttgjord f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt vid en trevlig middag d\u00e5 den serveras med en klick gr\u00e4dde, vilket jag inte gjorde vid fototillf\u00e4llet. L\u00e5t puttra s\u00e5 det reduceras en aning, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4rtorna och l\u00e5t dem precis bli varma och bara koka lite, d\u00e5 beh\u00e5ller de sin fina f\u00e4rg. Mixa soppan helt sl\u00e4t i en bra mixer. H\u00e4ll tillbaka soppan i kastrullen. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt kan du f\u00f6rbereda soppan och ha den klar till din middag. V\u00e4rm sedan upp den och sl\u00e5 i champagne precis innan servering.
