Jag hade f\u00f6rst t\u00e4nkt att g\u00f6ra den mer med asiatiska smaker men tyckte att de rostade mustiga smakerna var s\u00e5 goda s\u00e5 de borde trona i eget majest\u00e4t. Rotsellerin kan ers\u00e4ttas av andra rotfrukter &#8211; det viktiga \u00e4r att de och l\u00f6ken samt vitl\u00f6ken rostas f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram de r\u00e4tta smakerna. Skala l\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r den i klyftor. L\u00e4gg sellerikuberna i en sk\u00e5l, ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja, salta och peppra och blanda runt s\u00e5 det kommer lite olivolja p\u00e5 all selleri. H\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du kl\u00e4tt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. L\u00e4gg l\u00f6kklyftorna bredvid, ringla olivolja \u00f6ver dem och salta l\u00e4tt. L\u00e4gg vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna hela med skal p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten. St\u00e4ll pl\u00e5ten i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 200 grader. Rosta gr\u00f6nsakerna gyllene. H\u00e4ll i de rostade gr\u00f6nsakerna &#8211; vitl\u00f6ken skalar du dessf\u00f6rinnan. L\u00e5t koka 15 minuter. Mixa soppan helt sl\u00e4t, smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer salt. Vitpeppar, finrivet citronskal, mald hel koriander och pressad citron \u00e4r krydds\u00e4ttningen, smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans.
